Aloha Everyone,
This week for Kiwi – Can we had our greeting as Aloha ( Which comes from the island/country Hawaii. ) A few facts that I learnt was that their national animal is a seal and that they actually use USD money since they are under one of the 50 states. Our theme for this term was Respect and our topic was respect for others and last week one was respect for ourselves. Respect for ourselves meant respecting others the way we want to be treated. Then we got straight into the energizer which was agree or disagree. One side was the agreeing side and the other was the disagreeing side we had to go to pick which side we wanted to go to. So our Kiwi – Can leader Glaytor would say a sentence and we would either go to one of the sides that agrees or the other side which would disagree then we would state our choices.

After we had a discussion on what skills we showed during this energizer. Some of us were not participating but some people tried their best to participate in the discussions. Then we did our catchphrase ( I forgot how it went ). After that we got into our activity which was protector and as you can tell from the name was a game including a protector and the protector would have a buddy which was not able to do anything expect be protected from their protector and other protectors had to try and touch the opponents buddy but the opponents could block the protector from the other team to protect their buddy.
Then after we had a discussion on how we played fairly in the activity and reflected on what we could do better. Then after discussing we would play GKQ ( General Knowledge Questions ) and we have a GKQ master and the master would go around the circle and pick someone to start with. After they have picked someone to come up and question them they have a question battle whoever answers first wins and keeps going until they get the answer wrong then the person that got it right would now do the same. And that’s what we basically do for Kiwi – Can.

Thank you so much for reading my blog and I hope you learnt something from my blog and don’t forget to spread the gospel.
