Exterior and Interior T3 .24

Malo E Lelei

We were challenged by our teacher to prove all exterior angles of a polygon add up to 360 degrees. We are using the formula 360 divided by n is the number on angles of the polygon.

We created this because we have been doing scratch and when we have to do coding we use these ideas so then when we do the coding we already know what to press and put on to make it turn into a shape. After doing this activity we had to go onto scratch to create the Triangles our teacher has been wanting us to do scratch for the whole week. As you can see on Google drawing I have created some math equations we had to do this because we had to figure out the exterior of the polygon and the interior. The meaning of exterior means the outside of the polygon and then for the meaning of the interior it means the inside of the polygon. A polygon is a Triangle. I will add the scratch for you to see you just have to press the green flag then it will activate.

Sorry that it the same shape I was in a rush but I hope you like it.

Triangles Scratch T3 .24

Assalamualaikum Everyone,

For math this week we have been doing Triangles. But when we were doing an activity it was something that we didn’t know we were going to do it on. So we went onto Scratch and then we started to discuss how we were going to make the triangles on scratch. So when we were doing it our teacher got it and then I just copied her and then followed what she did to have the triangles. So when we finished that ( which I haven’t done ) we had to do other triangles but the first triangle we started off was the Equilateral  triangle. Then the next one we were going to do was the Isosceles triangle. Then after that we were going to do a Scalene triangle then a Right Angle triangle.  So in Scratch we have to do a lot of coding to make these triangles and it takes a while to make it because it needs the right requirements or else it is not going to work properly. So if you would like to see my work it will be down here for you to see. You just have to press the green flag at the top to make it activate. Sorry if it doesn’t work I messed up but hopefully you can kind of see it. And this was all for math.

Thank you for reading my blog I hope you have a good rest of your day and remember to spread the gospel.

Triangles T3 .24

Malo Everyone

This week for maths we have been learning how to identify and draw different triangles. The main ones that we have been learning about are Right, Isosceles, Equilateral and Scalene. Firstly we started off by learning some of the Triangles and then we started to draw them in our math books. We also had to measure the Triangles with some of the protractors. And then when that was finished we had to do something on our Chromebook to finish it off. But before we did that which I will explain later we had to do our DLO for our Triangles because whenever we do a math thing we have to DLO. So for this we had to go onto our Chromebook and then we went onto scratch and then we did some of the Triangles. My DLO will be down here for you to see. We also learnt a new word which was Congruent which meant Equal or Symmetrical.

Thank you for reading my blog I hope you have a good rest of your day and remember to spread the gospel.
